Data Management Senior Analyst
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Location/Place of Performance:
Most of the tasks under this PWS shall be performed at our contractor locations. Some tasks shall require in-person performance in the NW, Washington DC area.
Travel: Estimated less than 10%.
Expected Start Date: March 2025
Overview:
This incumbent will serve as the Data Management Senior Analyst responsible for planning and facilitating change management and communications efforts for Government IT/systems-related initiatives. The Data Management Senior Analyst works to align the organization’s goals with the needs and desires of its customers through positive interactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent, within a team of contractor personnel, will create a customer-centric culture within the organization and inspire employees to prioritize customer’s needs.
Represent the voice of the customer within the organization. Ensure that the organization delivers on its promise to stakeholders and advocates for their wants and needs.
Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform solutions.
Demonstrated familiarity with data related to human resources, preferably VA HRMACS.
Experience planning and facilitating change management and communications efforts for Government IT/systems-related initiatives.
Provide the Data Management Report and all updates in a timely manner to the PM and COR under the Management and Reporting Requirements task.
Manage updates to the Data Management Tool, recommend updates to data based on quality assurance checks, and optimize the process.
Track statuses of initiatives and milestones via an existing OAL data management dashboard (APMX Tool).
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to meet security and privacy requirements: Tier 1 / National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform solutions.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) Fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Data Management or related fields.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Enterprise Architecture at the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) level.
